  No law obliges the readers to either read or reply to you.

  Your question is too vague, too fuzzy, and needs to be a bit more precise.

  You have behaved badly on this list in the past.

  You posted your message in the middle of a fascinating discussion that enthralled the other contributors and they did not think to go back later and reread your question.

  You never have any luck.
