You must *never **NEVER** give your personal password to anyone else at all except its owner (you) and even less so, spread it around a list or a forum to which many people potentially subscribe.

It is rather like a credit card code: giving your password can be nothing but dangerous. If someone tells you they are an "administrator" and asks you for your password, you can be certain they are not an administrator but a usurper, because a real administrator has no need whatsoever to know the personal password of users.

This is valid for banks but just as much so for the Internet :-)
